You can use myGov to securely upload your documents and send to Medicare. 

How it works

To upload the document, you'll need to

• add the files or photos
• give consent for myGov to send these document to Medicare.

Make sure the documents are accurate and complete. If you need to make changes to any of the documents sent to Medicare, you will need to contact that service.
